Welcome to Courtside Manor! If you’re coming to Rome for a tennis tournament, you’ll love how convenient this home is. This new 5 bedroom home is directly across the street from the Rome Tennis Center at Berry College, making easy access to the courts for players, families, and coaches. It’s also less than 3 miles from Berry College and just 5 miles from downtown Rome, so you’re close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and everything else Rome has to offer.
The house was designed with groups in mind, with over 2360 square feet of space to hang out together but also room to spread out when you need a little downtime. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.
The main level features a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with the things you’ll actually need during your stay, including a crockpot and air fryer. There’s also a large walk-in pantry, a bar with seating for 4, and a dining table that seats 8, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals.
You’ll also find a queen bedroom on the main level, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it especially convenient for anyone who prefers not to use the stairs.
Upstairs, you’ll find a unique primary bedroom with two king beds (yes,two!). Traveling as a couple? Pick your favorite bed! Traveling with friends? Four people can comfortably share the room with plenty of room to sleep. The room also includes a TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. You’ll also find a second full bathroom, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a small sitting area with two comfortable chairs.
When you’re ready for a break from the courts, head to the main level game room, where you’ll find a ping pong table. We also have card games available for those evenings when you just want to stay in and relax. Kids can enjoy the neighborhood playground, and there’s plenty of lawn space outside to run around or enjoy some fresh air.
We’ve also included the little things that make a stay more comfortable, including fast Wi-Fi, a coffee bar with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, a well-stocked kitchen, and a large driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive.
