Welcome to a true Maine summer cottage on the shore! Enjoy this spacious three bedroom cottage on Hancock Point nestled on a wooded lot, just 100 yards from our beach access. Sit in the adirondak chairs to soak up the sunset over Frenchman Bay and Mt. Desert Island. Our Our sunny screened in sun porch is a wonderful place for a quiet breakfast, reading, games, or drinks in the salty breezes. This cottage has original wooden floors, a wood burning fireplace, and is rich with family traditions.
Hancock point is known for its shoreline walks, Carters beach, and families returning year after year to relive their Maine memories. This cottage is rustic, original, yet has all of the comforts of home for your perfect family vacation. Enjoy the amenities close by, easy walking distance to the famous Crocker House Country Inn/Restaurant, the Hancock Point library, chapel, the town wharf, and Carters beach.
